The Saurissiques games.
A dinner performance which took place for 54 dinner guests under the high direction of the association A table! In Saurisserie, place of contemporary art of Boulogne sur Mer on July 6th, 2012.
La résidence proposée à Delphine Huguet, donne naissance à une série de 4 performances durant lesquelles les disciplines olympiques se transforment en mode de cuisson, et les produits de la mer envahissent les jeux Saurissiques. Le projet est une réponse au thème de l'appel à projet pour l’année de l’olympisme, de la jeunesse
et du sport du Conseil général du Pas-de-Calais. Expériences culinaires s'inscrivant dans le programme d'activités "Fish and chips" (interreg IVA des deux mers).
The residence proposed to Delphine Huguet, gives rise to a series of 4 performances in the course of which Olympic sports are transformed into cooking mode, and the products of the sea invade the Saurissiques games . The project is an answer to the theme of the call for projects for the year of the Olympic movement, the youth and the sport of the General Council of Pas-de-Calais. Culinary experiences joining the program of activities " Fish and chips " (interreg IVA of both seas).
Les invités à leur arrivée découvrent une porte de la marée, un M monumental, créé en caisses de sardine. Un rideau de crevette empêche l'accès. Le porteur de Flamme entre en scène et permet au chef de flamber le rideau et donc d'ouvrir les jeux par une première dégustation.
The guests upon their arrival discover a door of the tide, one M monumental, created in fish boxes. A curtain of shrimp prevents the access. The carrier of Flame enters on stage and allows the chef to singe the curtain and thus to open the games by a first tasting.

Les convives sont invités à se rendre dans la cave pour assister à un course, 2m crowlé, de maquereaux immobiles commentée par Florent Lazare.
La tension est à son comble, de Makrel, Makral ou Maquereau qui gagnera la course ?
Nouveau coup de sifflet, 1'33", la course est finie, les maquereau aux vinaigre sont rincés et prêt à être dégustés. Makral est le grand vainqueur, la piscine est vidée de ses nageurs par les transformateurs de poissons, la dégustation commence : maquereau au vinaigre, choux rouge, ciboulette et mini mais.
The dinner guests are invited to go in the cellar to attend one running, 2m crowlé, of immovable mackerels commented by Florent Lazare.
The tension is height, of Makrel, Makral or Mackerel which will win the running ?
New whistle, 1 ' 33 ", the running is finished, mackerel in vinegar is rinsed and ready to be savoured . Makral is the big winner, the swimming pool is emptied of his swimmers by the fishes transformers , the tasting begins: mackerel in the vinegar, red cabbages, chive and mini corn.

Les convives sont invités à se rendre dans la cave pour le saut en longueur. Florent Lazare, champion toutes catégories s'échauffe. Le bac de sable dont le sable a été remplacé par du sel est rempli de cardines, il ne peut pas sauter. La cuisson des poissons dans le sel est terminée. Les transformateurs essayent de vider le bac de ses poissons le plus rapidement possible, tous le monde s'impatiente... Coup de sifflet, Florent saute. La dégustation commence : Cardine cuite au sel et aux épices, légumes nouveaux façon pot au feu de la mer.
The dinner guests are invited to go in the cellar for the broad jump. Florent Lazare, champion any categories warms up. The sand of the sandbox was replaced by some salt and there is a lot of fishes in it, he cannot jump. The cooking of fishes in the salt is ended. Fishes transformers try to empty the sandbox of its fishes as fast as possible, all the people gets impatient... Whistle, Florent jumps. The tasting begins: plaices cooks in the salt and in the spices, new vegetables way seafood stew.

On annonce l'arrivée du champion du monde de boxe Florent Lazare. Échauffement. Florent monte. Du rez de chaussée, on aperçoit un sac de frappe en forme de poisson. Florent commence le combat contre le Lieu noir.
Il boxe, donne tout ce qu'il a. Coup de sifflet. Le Lieu noir est vaincu. Florent Lazare est une nouvelle fois le champion. Il décroche le sac et l'emmène tel un trophée au chef qui l'ouvre et en extrait le lieu noir émietté par le combat.
Dégustation : crumble de lieu noir au sirop d'érable, pécan et pralin.
We announce the arrival of the world champion of boxing Florent Lazare. Warm-up. Florent go to the first floor. From the ground floor, we perceive a punch bag in the shape of fish. Florent begins the fight against the Coalfish.
He boxs, gives all that he has. Whistle. The Coalfish is overcome. Florent Lazare is again the champion. He picks up the bag and takes it such a trophy to the chef who opens it and in extract the coalfish crumbled by the fight.
Tasting: crumble of coalfish in the maple syrup, pecan and praline.
Coup de sifflet, c'est la fin des jeux. Florent remporte toutes les médailles.
